LAFI partner institutes unable to install VPNs on their machines

DWD IT service does not allow the installation of external VPNs onto DWD assets. As a result, Frank Beyrich and his group are, thus, unable to access the LAFO server at the moment. This requires a temporary storage solution through which raw data can be shared/transferred internally within LAFI. Potential solutions include:

1. BW - sync and share
2. Zenodo or similar options
3. KIM IT to make firewall open to certain IP addresses.
