FastKML identified 56 point instruments beneath the KML `Instrumentation` hierarchy. Longitude and latitude use WGS 84 decimal degrees. Blank mounting-height cells mean that no height was encoded in the placemark name.
The KML does not specify an altitude mode. Its altitude values are therefore reported as recorded and should not automatically be treated as instrument altitude. For the DIAL, the project researcher confirmed a 7 m mounting height above the recorded surface altitude.
